What is
SUP-YOGA?

SUP-YOGA is a yoga experience at sea, where we practice on PaddleSurf boards in the middle of the calm and rejuvenating environment of the Mediterranean Sea. No prior yoga or PaddleSurf experience is required to join us.

Our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.

What can you expect from our classes?

In each SUP-YOGA class, we will work on concentration, balance, strength and flexibility while we connect with nature and enjoy the sea.

Our expert instructors will guide you through a session designed to revitalize your body, calm your mind and rejuvenate your spirit.

Dare to try SUP-YOGA and discover a new way to connect with your body, mind and spirit while enjoying the sea!

Each yoga class at sea lasts 75 minutes.
Our instructors will teach you the proper techniques to practice yoga on the PaddleSurf board safely and effectively.
We promise you will be in good hands and we will help you fall in style if necessary.
You do not need to have previous experience in yoga or PaddleSurf to participate.
