By making a reservation with Eswell Barcelona, the customer agrees to the following:

1. Legal capacity and use of the service

The client declares that they have the legal capacity to reserve and participate in the activity. The contracted service is personal and non-transferable.

2. Minors
Eswell Barcelona is unable to verify a user's age at the time of booking. Therefore, if a minor wishes to participate, the reservation must be made by their legal guardian or an adult who assumes full responsibility. If a minor misrepresents their age when booking, Eswell Barcelona is not responsible under any circumstances.

3. Payment and validity of the service
Payment is due at the time of booking. The service is valid exclusively for the selected date and time.

4. Cancellation by Eswell Barcelona
Eswell Barcelona reserves the right to cancel the activity if weather or safety conditions are not optimal, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In these cases, the option to reschedule the activity or receive a refund will be offered.

5. Punctuality and attendance
It is essential to arrive on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will lose your spot without a refund or rescheduling.

6. Physical conditions and risks
The client declares that they are in adequate physical condition, know how to swim, and are able to perform the activity. They acknowledge the risks inherent in water sports and assume full responsibility for any medical condition that may compromise their safety or that of others.

7. Conduct during the activity
Eswell Barcelona reserves the right to suspend service without a refund if the client engages in inappropriate behavior or puts the safety of the group at risk.

8. Liability for damages
The client will be financially and legally responsible for any damage caused to equipment, facilities, or third parties during the activity.

9. Responsibility of the group representative
When a person books on behalf of a group, they assume full responsibility for the group and agree to the terms on behalf of all participants.

10. Loss or theft of personal belongings
Eswell Barcelona is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings within the facilities, including lockers.

11. Use of images
The client authorizes the taking of photos and videos during the activity and their use for promotional purposes by Eswell Barcelona, always ensuring respect for their image and privacy. The instructor will only capture images when conditions permit without compromising the safety of the group.

14. Modification of the Reservation by the Client
Clients may request a change to the date or time of their reservation at least 24 hours before the start of the activity. Any request made after this timeframe will not be considered, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
